Antero Midstream Partners is a limited partnership formed by Antero Resources Corporation (Antero Resources) to own, operate and develop midstream energy assets to service Antero Resources' production. Co.'s segments are: gathering and processing, which includes a network of gathering pipelines, compressor stations, and processing and fractionation plants that collect and process natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil from Antero Resources' wells in West Virginia and Ohio; and water handling and treatment, which includes two independent systems that deliver fresh water from sources including the Ohio River, local reservoirs as well as several regional waterways.
